Symposium 2021 is virtual meeting you can access from anywhere—pick a favorite spot, grab your preferred digital device, and jump in!

Friday, January 29 - Sunday, January 31, 2021

Symposium begins each day at 7:00 am and concludes by 7:00 pm, except Sunday which concludes by 4:00 pm. All times listed are Pacific.

Due to the changing nature of the content, Dr Leslie S.T. Fang, Assemblymember Evan Low and Mr Hunter Satterfield will only be available at their scheduled times on Saturday, Janauary 30 and Sunday, January 31. All other sessions will be available on-demand the entire month of February. 

About 72 hours prior to the meeting, we will send a link via the email address listed on your registration. This link will prompt you to enter your email address, create your password and user profile. That's all it takes! If you do not receive the email, no worries! About 3 days before the meeting you will be able to access the platform from this website to complete your profile setup.

Videos will be available at 12:30pm Pacific on Monday, February 1 through Sunday, February 28 (expiring at 12am Pacific March 1). The Surgery Pass includes 9 hours of videos that will be available beginning at 1:30pm Pacific on Friday, January 29 through Sunday, February 28 (expiring at 12am Pacific March 1).

Yes, these are considered self-instructional credits. Simply complete the questionnaire included with each course and submit to our office by Monday, March 15 to receive your credits. A verification of attendance/completion form will then be emailed to you within 30 days to your email address on file. Courses attended live over the meeting dates will not require a completed questionnaire per course. You will simply log your completion codes on your verification of attendance form (which you will receive via email as well as be available in the info menu of they Symposium platform. .

No, you will have the ability to choose which sessions you want to watch while they are playing live or later via on-demand the month of February. You will also have the ability to move between sessions while they are live. The week of January 18 you will be emailed a Symposium guide book. We do recommend reviewing the schedule and reviewing each speaker page to determine which breakouts you plan to see live versus on-demand in February.

You will receive an email in mid December requesting the names of the 6 team members as well as their individual email addresses. About 72 hours before the meeting, they will receive an email that will give them access to view the Team Program live on Saturday, January 30 and begin streaming it on-demand Monday, February 1 through Sunday, February 28. Please remember, your team members will receive access to only the Team program on Saturday from 7am-7pm PT and no other programming.

Yes, absolutely. Please email events@seattlestudyclub.com to receive a link to upgrade or add passes. After payment has been received, you will receive confirmation of your registration change.

In order to get the optimal picture of the clinical images, we recommend you read your manufacturers directions on how to calibrate your picture settings. Once you find your picture settings, adjust the brightness, contrast, color, or auto-calibrate to what looks best for you.

There will be a 3D exhibit hall where you can view company booths, arrange time to chat with a rep, and see the latest technologies shaping the future of dentistry.

Absolutely! If you are interested in attending the meeting live, please note start and end times are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Pacific (except Sunday which concludes by 4:00 pm). If it is too late or too early in your time zone, not to worry – your registration allows on-demand access for the entire month of February!
