Up to 14 Credits Available
RISE aims to elevate learning, bringing everyone into aligned, elevated educational experiences.
This two-day program offers a comprehensive guide to incorporating 100% digital workflows into dental practices to enhance diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning, and the execution of complex cases. Participants will learn to leverage cutting-edge technologies such as intraoral scanning, CBCT imaging, digital design software, virtual articulation, diagnostic design, 3D printing, and milling to improve patient outcomes. Foundational principles of esthetics, occlusion, and biology will be emphasized as critical components of digital workflows. This program will equip you with the knowledge and hands-on experience to confidently integrate 100% digital workflows into your practice, elevating your diagnostic and treatment capabilities for complex cases and ensuring superior patient outcomes.
Day 1: Foundational Principles and Treatment Planning Sessions
On Day 1, we will focus on the essential principles that underpin successful digital workflows in comprehensive dentistry. Through interactive treatment planning sessions, participants will:
- Understand Digital Tools & Workflows:
Learn how intraoral scanning, CBCT imaging, digital design software, 3D printing, and milling integrate into comprehensive dentistry. Explore their role in enhancing diagnosis and treatment planning for complex cases involving both implants and natural teeth. - Apply Foundational Principles in a Digital Framework:
Review the critical principles of esthetics, occlusion, and biology, and discover how these principles inform and enhance digital workflows. Develop an understanding of how to diagnose and treat complex cases while incorporating these foundational principles into digital planning. - Diagnose & Plan Complex Cases Using Digital Workflows:
Engage in case discussions and treatment planning sessions where we’ll review how to utilize digital tools to assess and plan treatment for various patient scenarios, including both restorative and implant cases.
Day 2: Hands-On Digital Workflow Implementation
Day 2 is dedicated to hands-on learning, where participants will actively apply the digital workflows they explored on Day 1. Through interactive exercises and live demonstrations, you will:
- Diagnose & Treat Complex Cases Hands-On:
Practice using digital tools to analyze and plan treatment for a variety of real-world cases. Address challenges in complex implant and restorative treatments, learning how digital workflows can streamline and enhance patient care. - Develop an Implementation Plan for Digital Workflows:
