Lead a World-Class Learning Experience that Elevates Dentistry in Your Community
Strengthen your network by leading a Seattle Study Club.
Seattle Study Club has one goal—to improve the way dentists around the world practice and provide care.
We’ve built an international network—now 5,000+ members strong—around interactive education, active discussions, and presentations from world-renowned speakers. Our magic ingredient? It’s all local—no time away from the practice, no travel plans to manage—just bringing colleagues together with a focus on comprehensive treatment planning and diagnosis.
Seattle Study Club—A global network bringing local change, better business and better dentistry.
We call club leaders, directors, and we find directors are bound by a common goal and a shared belief system. They seek to raise the level of dentistry practiced in their local communities and they believe our educational model is the best means to accomplish that goal.
Comprehensive Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
Our study club model creates an environment for interdisciplinary learning and collaboration around treatment planning. We bring the latest techniques and tools so club members can figure out together how to improve. As the club director, you lead the discussion, and we’re here to help you do it.
Fostering Real Behavior Change
Our peer-to-peer model focuses on clinical interaction that leads to actual change. It is this engagement, discussion, debate and problem-solving process that allows clinicians to test their true understanding of the material, which leads to the incorporation of new concepts into daily practice.
Top-notch, small group learning changes your community and your practice. We find industry-leading educators and innovators from around the world to help expand your club members’ clinical and business knowledge. Our curriculum isn’t one size fits all—we strive to customize your club’s learning to meet the needs of your practitioners.

How It Works
Customize Your Programming
Our study clubs are typically set on an academic calendar, running from September to May or June. Clubs meet once a month, with the academic program including two or three full-day lectures and six or seven evenings of clinical interaction. These interactions are usually built around group treatment planning, problem solving, clinical debate, or failure workshops. We offer and recommend multiple formats to help sustain interest. Our customizable curriculum enables you to create the best experience for your study club so you can focus on strengthening your connections and delivering game-changing group learning.
Personal Guidance from a Dedicated Coach
As a Seattle Study Club director, you have our resources at your disposal. Our experienced team will serve as your personal executive coach every step of the way—including operations and logistics, programming, curriculum development, recruiting and individual session instruction. Most of our directors have been with us for years, and we’re constantly striving to help them create even better experiences for their clubs. For us, this is a vehicle for lifelong learning.
Members are general practitioners you invite personally to join. We recommend about 18 to 30 participants, but no less than 10. Don’t worry if you need help recruiting, as we offer guidance and marketing materials to assist you in connecting to other clinicians in your community.
Community Through Connection
There are more than 230 affiliated study clubs in our network located all over the world. They meet regularly for interactive educational programs, discussion of the latest developments in dentistry, and presentations by world-renowned clinical innovators—many of whom are themselves part of our network.
By cultivating knowledge, understanding, collaboration and camaraderie, we collectively impact the way dentistry is practiced worldwide.
"Seattle Study Club has allowed us to partner with our referring dentists and really enhance communication, collaboration and allows a finer level of understanding of how to best serve our patients with the highest quality from start to finish with our partners."

Study Club director since 2021
A Proven Model for Club Success
We’ve been perfecting the recipe for 30+ years and have seen time and again the transformative power of comprehensive, interdisciplinary learning.
A Community of Complete Clinicians
To be the go-to educational resource in your community, you need to show club members the path to becoming complete clinicians. This means incorporating learning opportunities outside clinical dentistry that will help your members understand business, financial management, health and wellbeing, personal development, and so much more.
We provide numerous other educational materials, many of which are offered through our Seattle Study Club Journal site, which all members have access to. Members can find cases for discussion, short Expert Tip and Practice Inspiration videos, and detailed treatment planning cases for discussion in your meetings. Livestream web programs and prerecorded micro-learning sessions that mirror a case study are also available.
Seattle Study Club partners offer member-exclusive benefits that enable members to save on everyday purchases, from personal protective equipment to sterilization support. When it’s time to upgrade with big-ticket investments like intra-oral scanners and 3D printers, special offers and financing opportunities from several of the industry’s leading manufacturers are readily available. Recognizing there’s more to operating a thriving practice than equipment and supplies, we’ve partnered with service providers in the financial, marketing and legal arenas to support personal wellbeing and practice management.
