Directors Summit 2022 includes two lunches, happy hour on Friday, and dinner Saturday night. Directors Summit tuition is complimentary for one director from each study club every other year.

To secure the discounted rate the hotel requires a two-night, non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Should you cancel your room, your deposit will be forfeited. Seattle Study Club is unable to negotiate on your behalf with the hotel, and will not assume responsibility for your room charges.

If you are a paying participant and cancel on or before May 2, 2022, all but $250 will be refunded.
If you cancel after May 2, 2022, the entire amount of your tuition will be rolled over to Directors Summit 2023.
Insofar as possible, we also request non-paying attendees provide us 30 days’ notice of cancellation due to our contractual obligations with the hotel.
Both complimentary and paid participants must provide written notice of cancellation by certified mail to Seattle Study Club at 635 Market Street, Kirkland, WA 98033. This cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. Because unforeseen personal, national, medical, weather or travel-related issues may affect your ability to attend this meeting, please consider obtaining travel insurance to cover your hotel, airfare, expenses and tuition (if applicable). Cancelled registrants are not entitled to receive conference materials, gifts, books, bags, apparel or any other items that may be provided to attendees.
In line with CDC recommendations, we require that all individuals present at the meeting be fully vaccinated. According to the current CDC guidelines, a person is fully vaccinated if they have received two doses of Pfizer or Moderna, or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. A copy of your vaccination card showing that you are fully vaccinated will be required when registering for Directors Summit. Only those who are fully vaccinated will be permitted access to the meeting rooms, exhibit floor, indoor meals and indoor social events. This includes doctors, spouses, children 5 years and older, guests, speakers, vendors, industry personnel and Seattle Study Club staff. So long as the CDC continues to recommend that children younger than 5 years not be vaccinated, they will be welcome to join us for meals and social events held outdoors.
